Tina’s Favorite Nutrition Tips

Tina, what are you eating for lunch? Tina, should I be eating hazelnut spread? Every day, we corner Tina in the break room or chase her around the office for her latest nutrition tips and advice. So we wanted to ask her… what three things are must-haves in your nutrition world? She spilled the beans and we’re telling all!

1. Carry healthy snacks and Fit3 products with you wherever you go, so you can beat any temptation to grab fast food if you get hungry while you’re out. Fit3 Active’s powder formula is portable, simple and convenient to take with you. And so are the Burn and Purify capsules!

2. Stay hydrated. Carry a water bottle with you everywhere and refill it often. Staying hydrated will help your energy levels and help to prevent you from getting headaches and other irritabilities throughout your day.

3. Think small. Pick one change and stick with it until you have created a new habit. Looking for a healthy start? Trade in your sugary cereal for a Fit3 Active shake each morning.


4. Choose fresh or frozen fruit instead of juice or canned fruit, which usually have added sugars and little or no fiber.


5. Get your protein and healthy fats from whole eggs, which are an excellent source of both.


6. Opt for whole grains. They are a preferred source of carbohydrates because the fiber and nutrients haven’t been removed by processing.




Very Vanilla Super Kick

½ cup dairy milk, soy milk or coconut milk
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1-2 scoops Fit3™ Active
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tropical Touchdown

½ cup coconut water or Reliv Innergize (orange)
½ cup frozen pineapple or ½ frozen banana
1 kiwi (peeled)
1-2 scoops Fit3™ Active
Baby spinach

Pumped Up OJ

½ cup orange juice or Reliv Innergize (orange)
1 clementine or orange, with the peel, quartered
1-2 scoops Fit3™ Active
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ avocado


Fit3 Smoothies

Batter Up Banana Nut Bread Shake
8 oz. Coconut milk, soy milk or dairy milk
2 scoops Fit3™ Active
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small ripe banana
Blend all of the above ingredients and garnish with 1 tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts

All-American Apple Pie Smoothie
8 oz. Coconut milk, soy milk or dairy milk
1-2 scoops Fit3™ Active
1 medium apple with peel, cored
1/4 cup uncooked oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend all above ingredients and garnish with a dash of nutmeg

Back Court PB Banana Slam
8 oz. Coconut milk, soy milk or dairy milk
1-2 scoops Fit3™ Active
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp. Peanut butter or 2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter
Blend all ingredients and top with 1 tbsp. chopped peanuts

Thin Mint Throw Down
8 oz. Coconut Milk, soy milk or dairy milk
2 scoops Fit3™ Active
1 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon Stevia sweetener (optional)
1 handful baby spinach
Blend all ingredients and garnish with 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips or crushed peppermint candy

Berry Shake
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Fit3™ Active
½ cup frozen berries
½ frozen banana
1 cup spinach


Immunity Boosting Shake
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Reliv Now®
1 large orange
½ banana
1 cup frozen mango
¼ tsp vanilla extract


Orange Pineapple Shake
½ cup orange juice
1 scoop Fit3™ Active
1 cup chopped carrots
½ cup pineapple
½ banana


Green Shake

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Fit3™ Active
1 cup kale leaves
½ cup pear chunks
½ cup frozen grapes
½ frozen banana


Cinnamon Roll Shake

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Fit3™ Active

½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup ice


Choconana Peanut Butter Shake

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Fit3™ Active
½ banana
1/2 scoop Reliv Now® for Kids – chocolate
1 tablespoons peanut butter powder
½ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup ice


Fit3™ High-Pro Cocoa
1 scoop Fit3™ Active
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
½ scoop Reliv Now® for Kids – chocolate
1 packet Stevia
Mix all ingredients in a glass of 6-8 ounces of warm milk.

Fit3™ Mardis Gras Shake 

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk 
1 Scoop Fit3 Active 
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Blackberries
1 C Spinach
Ice cubes

Blend the coconut milk, frozen banana and Fit3 Active first. Split this mix into 3 different cups. One will be your yellow layer. Blend the spinach with one part of the yellow mixture and then the blackberries with the other. Add ice to each layer as needed. Layer them for a pretty layered shake!

Other Recipes

White Chocolate Cranberry Overnight Oats
½ cup dry oats
1 scoop Fit3™ Active
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon white chocolate morsels
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup dairy milk, almond milk or coconut milk

Place all ingredients in an airtight jar or container and allow to sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Fit3™ Active PB Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 scoops Fit3™ Active
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 ½ tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Mix together dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. 
Add peanut butter, egg, almond milk and honey and stir until combined. May need to add more liquid if still crumbly. 
Scoop 1 inch balls or use a cookie press. 
Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden.

Fit3™ Active Sugar Cookies

¾ cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup Fit3™ Active
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey
¾ cup melted coconut oil
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
Mix together dry ingredients.
Mix coconut oil, egg white and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until combined.
Use a cookie press or roll out the dough and cut out shapes. Bake 8-10 minutes. 

White Chocolate Strawberry Fit3™ Active Protein Bites

4 scoops Fit3™ Active
3/4 cup almond butter
1 cup uncooked dry oats
1/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons slivered almonds or chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
1/2 cup unsweetened freeze-dried strawberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Combine ingredients VERY well. Form into 1 inch balls. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
Makes 22 balls. 

Fit3™ Active Dark Chocolate Chia Protein Bites

2 scoops Fit3™ Active

¼ cup chia seeds
4 tablespoons almond butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
¼ cup unsweetened coconut or chopped nuts
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together, either by hand or in the food processor. Roll the dough into 1-1/2″ balls and then roll each ball in shredded coconut. 
Store in refrigerator in a covered container for up to a week.
Makes 9 balls.

Fit3™ Active Chia Seed Pancakes
Yields 1 Serving 
½ mashed banana
2 egg whites
1 scoop Fit3 Active
2 tsp. chia seeds
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. baking powder
1 Tbs. whole wheat flour or gluten-free alternative
1 Tbs. almond milk 

Directions: Mash the banana, mix in all the other ingredients. Heat a small drop of coconut oil in a large skillet pan over medium-low heat. Pour to make small pancakes like above or one large pancake. When bubbles start to surface, flip! Keep an eye on the other side—when it’s golden you are done! Serve. 

Flavors: Add a spoonful of powdered peanut butter or a dash of cinnamon for a different flavor! Don’t like Chia seeds? Just remove them from the recipe! 

Toppings: Drizzle with a bit of honey, pure maple syrup, unsweetened plain Greek yogurt, or top with lots of fruit!
