Tina’s Favorite Nutrition Tips

Tina, what are you eating for lunch? Tina, should I be eating hazelnut spread? Every day, we corner Tina in the break room or chase her around the office for her latest nutrition tips and advice. So we wanted to ask her… what three things are must-haves in your nutrition world? She spilled the beans and we’re telling all!

1. Carry healthy snacks and Fit3 products with you wherever you go, so you can beat any temptation to grab fast food if you get hungry while you’re out. Fit3 Active’s powder formula is portable, simple and convenient to take with you. And so are the Burn and Purify capsules!

2. Stay hydrated. Carry a water bottle with you everywhere and refill it often. Staying hydrated will help your energy levels and help to prevent you from getting headaches and other irritabilities throughout your day.

3. Think small. Pick one change and stick with it until you have created a new habit. Looking for a healthy start? Trade in your sugary cereal for a Fit3 Active shake each morning.


4. Choose fresh or frozen fruit instead of juice or canned fruit, which usually have added sugars and little or no fiber.


5. Get your protein and healthy fats from whole eggs, which are an excellent source of both.


6. Opt for whole grains. They are a preferred source of carbohydrates because the fiber and nutrients haven’t been removed by processing.





Very Vanilla Super Kick

½ cup dairy milk, soy milk or coconut milk
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1-2 scoops Fit3 Active
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tropical Touchdown

½ cup coconut water or Reliv Innergize (orange)
½ cup frozen pineapple or ½ frozen banana
1 kiwi (peeled)
1-2 scoops Fit3 Active
Baby spinach


Pumped Up OJ

½ cup orange juice or Reliv Innergize (orange)
1 clementine or orange, with the peel, quartered
1-2 scoops Fit3 Active
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ avocado


Fit3 Smoothies

Batter Up Banana Nut Bread Shake
8 oz. Coconut milk, soy milk or dairy milk
2 scoops Fit3 Active
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small ripe banana
Blend all of the above ingredients and garnish with 1 tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts

All-American Apple Pie Smoothie
8 oz. Coconut milk, soy milk or dairy milk
1-2 scoops Fit3 Active
1 medium apple with peel, cored
1/4 cup uncooked oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend all above ingredients and garnish with a dash of nutmeg

Back Court PB Banana Slam
8 oz. Coconut milk, soy milk or dairy milk
1-2 scoops Fit3 Active
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp. Peanut butter or 2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter
Blend all ingredients and top with 1 tbsp. chopped peanuts

Thin Mint Throw Down
8 oz. Coconut Milk, soy milk or dairy milk
2 scoops Fit3 Active
1 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon Stevia sweetener (optional)
1 handful baby spinach
Blend all ingredients and garnish with 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips or crushed peppermint candy
